What was getting in the way
Getting a cleaning quote usually means forms, callbacks and waiting. Green Sweep wanted customers to get a price straight away, without handing over their details first, and the team to run every job from one place.

How it was done
Price it first
The instant estimate sits on the homepage and asks for no contact details, so the price comes before the commitment.
One rate card
The calculator and the admin pricing screen share the same data. A price edit goes live on the site immediately.
Book and pay
Customers check their postcode, pick a date and pay a deposit through Stripe, with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer available.
Run the work
Bookings show as a table or a kanban pipeline of the same jobs, alongside customers, payments, messages, gallery and reviews.
Lock it down
Owner, Admin and Staff roles are enforced on the server as well as in the menu, so hiding a button is never the only protection.
